# Ali Erkan

**Associate Professor & Chair of Computer Science, Ithaca College**

Ali Erkan holds a Ph.D. from Lehigh University. His research covers computer networks, algorithms, databases, and GIS. He received the 2018 ITiCSE Best Paper Award and a Fulbright Fellowship. He coordinates the faculty cohort activities at CCSCNE 2026.
